Poor Service On Claiming Process

Best insurance when it comes to debiting my account until a claim is lodged. I was involved in an accident on the 22 February 2020, i attempted to contact the 24hr emergency line and was not helped, being in an unsafe place and worried about for my safety I had to use a tow truck service that was on scene, they had disclosed to me that they work for King Price. I had to pay cash for the tow truck, I forwarded my call log as well as the duration of the call to Lesego Maloka from King Price, I was denied the refund due to not being on a call for more than a minute yet I was on the call for 55 seconds and i was not assisted, further to this I had clicked the call me back and till this very day my call was not returned. Personally I feel that i was treated poorly by Lesego Maloka, i sent a follow up mail but i had not received a response, looks like all services take 5 to 7 working days. My car was assessed and was declared a write off, I had received the settlement letter from the bank and now I have to wait for the King Price to escalate the matter in order for the bank to be paid. To get ahold of a representative regarding any claim has been a nightmare but for a new sale the turnaround time is quick, hence taking money without good service. When i eventually got ahold of a representative I was told that they are trying to contact the third party, who is not answering, so in essence it’s okay to make a client of King Price wait because they have to get ahold of a of a client who is not theirs. This has left me in a position where I will now tell my family and friends about the level of service that King Price offers. I should have remained with OUTsurance as they would have never done this to any of their clients. The claiming process with King Price has really showed me that not all insurance companies work to assist their current clients, they much rather sign on new clients and offer bad services once a client. I hope that no one would have to experience this sort of frustration and emotional strain, so please do not choose King Price, lowering your premium each month is not worth the service provided.
