Poor service from King Price Insurance
<div>A customer of kind price insurance crushed into my car and she claimed from her side and done everything. Still, now King Price Insurance is ignoring my emails and they made a promise to me for the 8th of June today it's the 14th of June and I have already sent them 4 emails and they still ignore my emails. I am an Outsurance customer and I am happy if you plan to use King price Insurance. Please don't do it. I rated them 1 star and that a lot I wish I can rate them 0 star</div>

We are truly sorry to hear you feel this way. Please note a 3rd party claim is a legal process and therefore can be a protracted one. Should you not be happy with the process you may contact your own insurer and have their legal department deal directly with ours. Our Legal department will be in contact to discuss.

15 Jun 2022, 09:47Oh so now are you guys saying you will not help me since its a 3rd part legal claim ? why the **** must i claim on my insurance while your ****en client crushed into me ? its not my ****en fault! i will ****en deal with her personally cause she is the one who ****en messed up my car and she will ****en pay with her own money i dont ****en care, why did your ****en useless agent Nyiko make a promise they cant keep ?
