Poor Service from King Price Insurance during Road Assistance Request
On Sunday after church service we decided to have lunch with my family, unfortunately, we got a breakdown on M1 North towards Centurion from Pretoria, I was made to wait for over an hour and a half for the towing truck to come.
The service provider that was assigned to assist me could not be reached by me or even by the King Price consultant. This was a terrible experience as I was waiting in the scorching sun with three kids and my wife. I am very disappointed by the service I got from King Price.
This made my weekend horrible.
