Poor service from King Price and their repairer (Jewels)

I am fed up with the poor service I am currently subjected to by King Price and their repairer Jewels in Kokstad (KZN). My car was repaired last year after an accident and was taken to Jewels for repairs which took a long time without any feedback from the repairers and the same thing is happening again. Last month the sunroof surrounding of the car just came off as I was driving, I took it to Barons VW and I was told to take it back to the repairers as it was clear that they had not secured the sunroof surrounding properly. I contacted King Price about this and the car was taken in for rectification and has been away for almost 3 weeks for something I was initially told would take 2 to 3 days. When I call the repairers I get told the person responsible for the car is not in and the King Price agent (Tumelo Malakoane) who’s supposed to be assisting me is doing nothing. I’ve been with King Price since 2013 but I can’t stand this *******, they brag about low premiums while they’re using ******* repairers for our cars.
