Poor service from King Price

I have previously had good service from King Price but my latest experience has left me really disappointed. i have a Chilli policy which is mileage related. Each month one submits the odo reading via their app. During February i moved to Cape Town from Johannesburg for a 3 month stay. I contacted King Price to let them know I would not be able to upload the mileage. They insisted that I must. I asked for a day to think over the situation but they billed me 3 times my usual premium! I have sent them messages but heard nothing back from them!
