Poor service from Claim commnander and delaying assistance to avoid paying claim

I logged a claim after I was involved in an accident . Ryan who is Claim comander keeps avoiding my emails,what does my old insurance of old car has to do with my new car which is insured by King price.

is like they looking for any reason not to pay my claim. At this point ,I would recommend King Price to anyone and this will be taking to all review platforms including Twitter.
