Poor Service
Poor service,
You will keep on calling them without getting any help.. I have included a car hire on my policy and now I'm being told that the option I chose is for "manual car" but it's not stated anywhere on the policy. While on the other hand the car insured with them is an auto. Honestly these people are not helpful. AFTER BEING INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND NOW THIS.

Our claims department will be in contact to discuss. Unfortunately entry level car hire is a manual vehicle as an automatic would be at a higher monthly premium.
