POOR SERVICE DELEVERY

About 3 weeks ago tried to submit a claim through King Price which was unsuccessfull as I kept calling the call centre and was advised that a claims consultant would get back to me for 2 weeks on end which never materialised.The third week i finally decided that I would not have them tell me that someone will contact me and insisted to stay on the line till someone assist me with my claims.I then finally spoke to a gentleman by the name of Runjay who assisted wih the claim. At no given stage did Runjay contact me to confirm if the items were collected. I once again had to keep on calling to enquire as to when someone will be collecting the items and was advised that the person whom was dealing with the request was busy and would call me back. Runjay only attempted to make contact with me once every time I called in and just left a message.I was then contacted a few days later by a man named Adriaan whom advised that he was contracted by King Price for repairs and came to collect the items which I luckly had in ,my boot as my job entails dricing in different provinces everyday.Since making the payment on 30 April for the Excess i had no response from Adrian or Runjay.
