Poor service, bordering on hiding evidence.
Joined King Price Insurance last year. The journey started well but unfortunately I've been having such a bad experience. Lodged a claim for hail damage last year November. Claim was denied. I have asked for a recording of my conversation with the consultant when we agreed on my cover. I have asked 3 different people from Client Care, all have promised to send me the recording within 48hours... Its been weeks and still nothing!!
