Poor service and unprofessional

I was involved in an accident on the 18/04/2015 and I logged on claim with King price and they therefore authorized my car to be towed to Tec autobdy in Vereeniging. Since then I`ve never been contacted by the insurence. im the one who will always call and find out about the progress on my claim. Unfortunately till to date nobody ever gave me the right explanation as Im being sent from pillar to post. I was told that they are waiting for the assessors and when I called Tec autobody they gave me the different story saying they are also waiting for the insurence to authorize the quote. It`s almost a month and I`ve heard anything from the insurence whether they gonna write off my car or not. Please HELP!!! <br> <br> ONE FAILS TO UNDERSTAND WHERE IS THE ROYAL TREATMENT THEY ARE CLAIMING AS INSURENCE.
