Poor service and customer satisfactory

I am very disappointed with King price services. When I switched my insurance to king price I was told by one of their consultants that the premium his currently giving me now will be much less in a few months time if I just wait abit longer before excepting the current premium then when I call in after a few months time I will be offered a much less premium.Today I phoned in to find out about this which is exactly 5 months later only to find out that what they offering me now is almost R200 more then what my last offer was.I've done exactly what the consultant told me to do but now I'm in worst situation than previously. Today the consultant I spoke to told me a different story and my premium increased. I am very disappointed with the false information given to me.They refuse to help me although they say all calls are recorded and they could pick up on the system that I was misled by one of their consultants. I have recommended many people to join king price but after being misled like this I don't think I would recommend anyone to join king price because communication is key and currently their level of communication is very poor.
