Poor Service and Bad Work

Firstly the car was booked at Krugersdorp panel beaters for a month without any update, I had to be the one following up with the insurance and Panel Beaters because no one bothered, The car was back with a dark cloud. colour was not the same, funny noise at the back and front bumper not aligned at all. It was then changed to an alternative Panel Beater. The car was towed without being informed of where is the car going and now It has been brought to my attention by the Panel Beaters that there were issues picked up on the car,

Back bumper issue, seal is badly damaged below the doors

elbow beading is damaged and the rubbers.

The Assessor has not been there as they supposed to.

And none of these were discussed with me and yet no work has been done on the car for over a week now.

This is poor service, no communication whatsoever.

So far your services have been useless in everything.

To top it all you don't even bother to answer the calls or even return the calls.
