Poor service after deducting such money every month.
I am replying on my last review that I wrote about King price, I am so surprised when they are saying I must forward them the warranty of my car before they can fix my windscreen that was fitted by DGC, I am not happy with the Glass that they fitted on my car, can King price forward me agreement that says they will fit the windscreen that is still under warranty. King price doesn't care about my safety when it's raining like this I can't drive my car because wipers are not wiping clearly. King price please send me the agreement that I signed stating about the warranty.

Please note that wipers are a wear and tear item and it is your responsibility to replace them if they are worn and do not function properly. With regards to the glass, there are instances in which we will consider installing branded glass, but there must be clear merit in this decision. Mostly this will be if the warranty of your vehicle will be effected. If your vehicle is under warranty King Price will require a letter from the manufacturer that confirms that the installation of a non-branded Glass will void your warranty.
