poor service

i have been without a phone for 4 days now i submited a claim with kingprice. i send my case number proof of ownership but the claim has not been finalised. i called to follow up today and i was advised quotes were requested today and they will recieve it within 5 working days. i cannot wait another day without a cellphone. can someone assist me and advise if i can buy a new phone on my own while i wait for their delay on the claim
