Poor service

Yesterday afternoon at 5:10 I got a flat tyre on the hiway and tried to swap the flat tyre with the spare. And then I notice my wheel spanner is broken and phoned king price to assist me with my flat tyre. I made the call at 17:30 and they said to me they will sent someone and it's gonna take about 40 to 60 min after an hour gone by I phoned again asked them what is going on and the lady said to my an agent is currently busy with this issue. An another hour gone by and I phoned again. After the third call all of the sudden the towing company phoned me and after the call it tooked them 10 min to arrive. According to the towing person they received the call 10 min ago. Seems like king price doesn't care about they're customers but only they're money. I am considering to move to a different insurance. So if king price can't give a reason for my toe stay and compromise. I am going to move. Hopefully they will not only care about the customer's money but also care about the customer.
