Poor service

Through Savvy brokers,I contracted with King price for short term insurance.On submission of claim I was sent from pillar to post with expected payment upfront from Shaddy company in Edenvale while I'm based in another province.

The supplier whom King Price is contracted to had no existing business in East London up until I question this,a desk was placed within another institution with no branding what's so ever.

I entrusted the institution through reference at the point of sale with KP*** as a reference.
