Poor service

2 Years ago I truck scratch my car. The accident was reported and the claim was paid and car repaired. I had to pay an access. They say that they will claim it back from the other party. Well 2 years later they did not "find" the people or the company who`s car it was. The amount is not much but it is the principle that I had to pay for someone else's fault and my insurer just let it slide. All I can say is dont believe what they are telling you about recovering money on your behalf. For this they get a poor service rating.
