Poor service

<p>My house was hit with lightning on Tuesday Morning at about 3am 26/07/2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Claim:CKP ********** /2</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do I need to have King price take away my equipment to have it tested where I am not comfortable with this at all, and I have to wait now till they can get the assessments from their service provider and I cannot take it in to people like Incredible Connection or Matrix warehouse to asses as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to have my opinion as well as a client and how do i know as a client that it will be a fair assesment and quote from their supplier, the more their supplier charges for repair or replacement the more King Price will charge for their excess. </p> <p> </p> <p>It wont even take me a day to have quotes with them to sort this out, and they tell me that their supplier will supply me with new equipment or repairs, but what if I am not happy with what they will supply me, Cleary after my conversation as they say 'they need to put the client back on his feet as quick as possible' after I spoke to the consultant this is clearly not the case he didn’t even offered to see what they can do for me i need to study and have assignments in but they are not interested.</p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly to me their excess are very high and are just their to make money like all other insurance company’s</p> <p> </p> <p>They do net tell you these things that you have to go trough their suppliers when you sign upwith them.</p> <p> </p> <p>And get kick backs from their supplier.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now have to put my studies on hold this weekend with assignments that has to be on Monday the 1 July 2016</p> <p> </p>
