Poor service
I am seriously not happy with the service I am receiving in processing my claim. I have been driving a car with a partial roof for over 10 working days since the assessment and I am not getting any assistance whenever I call or request a call back. I just need this claim processed and I am taking my money elsewhere once my car is sorted coz this is not on!!
