Poor Service
I made a claim for a cracked windscreen. It has been more than two weeks now and the windscreen is not replaced. Every time they send people (Auto Boys) to replace the window, they come with the wrong window and it has been three times now. If I phone King Price to report this they refer me back to Auto Boys which has not been able to assist me for three times now. I doubt they will ever come with the correct windscreen.

I am very unhappy with your turn around time.
Please get in touch with Autoboys to resolve this matter. I insured my car with King Price and not Autoboys. I am tired of following up with Autobys, this is very frustrating.
