Poor Service

I would like to bring the following things to your attention

King Price is so quick to advertise they are the best and cheapest insurance company and all this nonsense I have been waiting the hole day so far for someone to get back to me regarding my windscreen claim and yet not a phone call until now since this morning 9:30

Secondly you advertise all over that you so cheap and yet the excess is sky high charging R750 for a windscreen where a new windscreen cost R1250 so that means you only paying R500 of the claim so what’s the use of having insurance with you if you rip people off and take so long to get back to a customer ???

Thirdly if you call the claims department you have to go through a long system just to get to claims then once at claims you need to give them all the details of your vehicle witch I think is pathetic as they have all the vehicle details on the system when insurance was taken out please explain that to me

So I guess I will get my own windscreen fitted at my own cost seeing that your service is so great

And its 16:00 and still no feedback what so ever on when i can do my windscreen
