Poor service
I feel this thing of having insurance is a business of ****ming people if they can't tow your car from your yard to the service station how do they expect you to move the car and am sorry but my previous insurer never had a problem with towing my car form home to a service station. if I known would have sticked with them.

Reason why I was saying if I knew cause isn't the first time, I'm experiencing this, it happened with my previous insurer, and they didn't have a problem. but I understand you point.

We are truly sorry to hear you feel this way. Unfortunately, a mechanical problem is not an insured peril and your car being in your own yard is not an emergency situation hence this type of tow is not covered.
