poor service
I was involved in an MVA other drivers insurance going to pay for the damages. I needed a letter from King price confirming that i am not claiming from them (king price insurance) after 8 telephone calls and R?? Later - no joy! They said they will phone me back in 2 min, i am still waiting! I use my car for work and needed this done asap!
