Poor service

Been with King Price for longer than 5 years now. Empty promises but just there to take my money. I submitted a small claim for my fridge on the 25 May 2023 and I am still waiting for an assor to come out. I have contacted them and I was told they will re- assign another assor but up to today I am still waiting. This is my first claim I ever submitted.
