Poor service

My car was struck by lightning. Towing services was sent out and transported my car to renault workshop to assess the damage and provide king price with the quote. It's a month since the accident happend and up till now i am still waiting for king price to give the approval so that renault can fix my car. I struggle to get hold of Leon handling my claim and he never gets back to me on the progress. Service is very poor and being without a car for a month is realy a hassle and inconvinience and it seems like king price dont care about their clients and taking forever to finalise my claim. Every time i phone in they have a new excuse to why it is taking so long. I would not recommend them at all. Poorest service i ever experienced in my life!!
