Poor service,

I have been a customer with King Price for the past 8 years. In the past we received great service from them. We currently are looking after my mother-in-law who is 84 and has Dementia. Yesterday we didn't have any hot water, so we called King Price to log a claim and to send a plumber. They appointed some or other company that does not even have a branch in Potchefstroom and nobody contacted us. I phoned again this morning and at 15:15 nobody has contacted us with regards to my issue.

I am deeply disappointed, and I think that it is time to get new insurance from a company that really cares or at least provide good service.
