Poor,Poor,Poor

<p>I have been with King Price for a few years now. I always received good service and always wrote a good review on hellopeter. This time around I am very disappointed in the no service that I received from them.</p> <p>I had a claim for some storm damage at my house and for a fridge that was damaged by lightning. I was supposed to claim for my vehicle that was damaged by hail, which I said I would not claim for because I do have a panelbeater customer that owes me money, so he will fix it for me at no charge. I saved them at least R20 000.00. They then said they will get a useless refridgeration company to fix the fridge. It's been 5 weeks and counting. I still have the fridge. It's still broken and it was damaged even more by the useless refridgeration company. I am worse off after they tried to fix it than before they got their hands on it. After more than enough emails to Johannes Swarts, I don't even get a reply. No response at all. Is this what I am paying for every month. Pathetic King Price. I thought you were different. </p>
