Poor level of experience from King Price so called investigators

Poor level of experience from King Price so called investigators. Their client stopped at a corner on the road at the Estate since a stone broke a car window from grass cutters. Bike driver (Rider) drove into a stopping/ stopped car since he could not drive on to oncoming cars. At first King Price investigators did not even know what happened but only wanted the bike driver to pay for all damages. When information was shared they still could not supply a full report on how they concluded who needs to pay what between Estate and bike driver. They keep sending different investigator with not clue on what happened and we need to explain why his/her treats about summons are not valid until report on the matter. As a client myself and couple of friends, i am just disappointed knowing that if anything happen to my cars this is the level of unprofessionalism i will have to deal with. Nahhh
