Poor insurance with no feedback on complaints
Claim rejected after being with them from 2019. Not worse part being rejected. Suddenly insurance canceled with reason of dishonesty. Complaint registered asking reasons but no feedback, just silence. Probably hoping it just dies down. Maybe a Ombudsman complaint will get their attention. Beware, all good while paying, but don't claim.
