Poor insurance policy and Bad service
Kink Price insurance is fantastic to sign you up, but their policy is extremely limited! I all sound good until you make a claim. The claim process has now, for us, taken just over a month. That while I have elderly people living in a flat with broken tiles that pose a high risk for injury.

I emailed your consultant the same morning as my post here and not so much as an acknowledgement of receipt or any other reply from her or eve the so called legal team - only this public reply... makes me wonder 🤔
If you valued my time as you claim in your reply, then you would have responded sooner. This is day 9 of the "7 to 10 days" your legal team claim to respond to the dispute. That after we stressed that this is an urgent matter.
It took your consultant a good couple of days initially to respond to my desire to challenge the outcome of the claim. I can say more but I will leave it here for now...
King Price, I see no evidence of you valuing my time or that you value me as a customer. All I see is bad service when it comes to a claim.
If only your after sale service was as good as the effort you make to sign us up...
