Poor insurance company!!!!!

I had a burglary in my garage at my home. The house was occupied at the time of the burglary, the garage was not locked because I just went out for a few minutes. I build and repair race cars so I am in the garage all day. I reported the matter to the police and they opened a case of house break in. The police did their forensic investigation. When King price assessors came to do an assessment, they went through our whole house and even through our clothes to either see if I'm hiding my tools and equipment I'm claiming for or trying to prove to me that we are under insured. After they wanted to go through my wife clothes I asked them to rather leave. After all this I got numerous emails and calls from there head office because I phoned them and told them I'm not happy with the way they do assessments on claims. They kept on asking for proof of purchases of all the goods that was ******, which I good not provide and because some of the goods were gifts. They have since rejected my claim and have cancelled my insurance policy. R20 000 loss and no help from King price?!? Thank you Very MUCH KING PRICED!!!!
