Poor, inefficient service

My experience with kingprice as been an absolute nightmare, they clearly don't care about their customers, all they want is your premiums(money). I have been a loyal customer for the past 7 years, never missed a single payment, and I finally Have a claim, only to realize that I have been with the worst insurance company. I will never recommend kingprice to anyone. They don't care for their clients, communication is non existant, u can never get hold off the claim department cause it seems like they have very little staff, if you phone kingprice for a quote you will get through in like 20 seconds, call for a claim, and you will wait more then 30mins and still you won't get through a consultant, and this is factual, not exaggeration.
