Poor Customer service

I submitted a claim with KingPrice on the 17th of March 2025. it was a just a glass chip claim. few days down the line they rejected my claim. Then I appealed through the Council. The Claim was approved then I was called by a company called DGC Glass to go to PG Glass for the Chip Repair. When i got to PG Glass, they say they dont know anything about DGC and they are not working with them. Then i called DGC Glass and they told me to wait few more days they will communicate with PG Glass.

When i went to PG Glass a week later I was told they dont have a chip fixing machine it had gone for repairs. until today i still havent got my Chip Fixed. I am asking myself if King Price can push me from pillar to post when i have to claim for a simple chip. how more if i have to claim for car rapairs. I dont recommend King Price for any interested customer. These people dont know you when you claim but are so quick to debit from the bank account.
