Poor Customer Experience - run away from King Price Insurance
I called in to update my address, to an address that is one street away from my current address I was informed that this change will result in an increase on my monthly premium when I questioned increase the lady I spoke to couldn't give me a logical explanation as to why would my risk profile be changed by a mere address change in the same area. I totally disappointed even the senior person I spoke to couldn't give me a logical explanation. I feel like king Price insurance is ripping me off.
