Poor communication and Customer service
I had an accident 21 October. My vehicle was towed to KP holding bay in Hercules, wsiting for an assessor untill 3rd November. As I received no feedbacks we went to check at the holding bay just to find that assessment was done but thevreport not distributed to us. I continuously called KP and they apologize for delays with no clear indication of tge process to follow. Vehicle was released to panelbeaters 7 Nov. By 10 Dec panelbeaters still wait for parts. By then KP was forced to give me a courtesy car. Uo to date NO 1 from KP called to update me on the status if my vehicle. Tge panelbeaters calked on 18 Dec, the day they closed for mevto collect my vehicle. KP doesn't carry any knowledge that my vehicle is ready to be collected. 4 Jan:Called Customer care, Evelyn could not find anything on my file relating to the sequence if events and my vehicle's collectiin ststus. 5 Jan: Called Review department to get a diffent spin and a kind gentleman Sizwe Mkatthwa assisted me. He escalate the matter to management level and put me in contact with Customer care. The lady in customer care are yet to raise the matter with her manager. No feedback from KP till now apart from a call to return the courtesy vehicle. -There was no clear notes on my file apart from purchases and payments to whoever. -No sequence of events noted such as vehicle in for repairs for two and a half months. - No updated assessment report available. - No communication from panelbeaters stating that the vehicle is ready to be collected. -No proof that KP are in agreement with repairs.
I once again request email confirmation of which is still forthcoming. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT KING PRICE.
