Poor communication
How does cancelation of insurance work? I had canceled my insurance with king price because I was planning on selling the car, they were difficult to have me canceling my insurance but eventually agreed, the problem now is I have not received my cancelation letter, instead received a message that my account will be debited, when I try to contact them I am unable to reach them on any of their communication lines including social media. Can someone please solve this ASAP.
