Poor claims Department,
Today it's almost three weeks since I'm waiting on my cellphone accidental claim. When I took out my cell phone insurance they confirmed that my cell phone is immediately insured and im still waiting. King prize claims department is very poor.Since this morning I have requested for a manager to call me and I'm still waiting.
