Poor After Sales Service
Good Day.
I'm a little upset with King Price Insurance as I have tried numerous times to get hold of any agent. I keep going on hold and then my call gets cut. I have been requesting callbacks and received 1, just to be put on hold for 6mins and then my call was cut.
I'm so frustrated now and yet have called in to express my concerns. I now have no choice but to move insurance brokers for piece of mind.
Please someone contact me as I need to cancel with immediate effect as my new insurance stared yesterday.
