i have to cancel this policy, reasons :<br> 1) had an accident in october 2015. I was in the middle of nowhere and some from active towing helped with the towing of the vehicle. i reported the matter to Neemesh and was told i have to pay foe the towing, i shouldve called them to send someone to tow the car. How was i supposed to do that as i was very scared and im a woman in the area im not fami**** with. I paid for towing. I received a message from them that active towing has been authorized to assist,i asked does that mean they will refund me the money, they said NO.<br> 2) They sent my car to elegant square panel beaters, i was calling these people to ask for progress, they told me they are waiting for parts from the insurance, bear in mind that i was paying the monthly premiums since october. i only got the car on the 8th Jan and im not satisfied of the outcome.The car makes a funny noise that was not here before and shakes everytime i apply breaks, went to them and they said i must take the car to VW. Im not comfortable and im not happy. <br>
