Polocy cancellation and debit order refund

In mid October I called King Price Insurance requesting policy cancellation as from end of that month, Steven helped me on the call and as agreed it was supposed to be cancelled and stop the debit order payment. Cancellation never went through every time when I call it's different consultants and they kept telling me that on their system my policy is cancelled and I should wait for a call from someone to sort out the amount debited after cancellation. Again this month December a debit of R502.00 went through, November R502.00 and October it was R304.00 I want a refund and confirmation letter that they going to refund all my money and that the policy is completely cancelled. I'm tired of calling their call center and I want this issue to resolved asap.<br> Regards <br> Mary Mononela<br>
