Policy update on car insurance

<p>I had the pleasure of speaking with Graham Theunissen, a client advisor, whom assisted me with the revision of my insurance policy.</p> <p>At first I gave him my mother’s details to contact her, which he did straight after our call together, followed by phoning me back to conclude the update with myself post my mother’s request to do so.<br />Hi prompt response at this time of the day was very impressive, considering we due to take delivery of the vehicle tomorrow morning.</p> <p>He was thorough, friendly, professional and well spoken and guided me through the whole process with every single question I had or concern around the cover.<br />Upon concluding the deal, he informed me of the new premium, which I was a bit taken a back by, but was quick to calm me and tell that as a long standing client with King Price, and as a valued customer, he would request a discount to accommodate me.<br />Straight away he advised of new premium, and I was yet again left a satisfied customer with King Price.</p> <p>It is people like Graham that give your company a good name and reputation, that is unprecedented in the insurance industry.<br />Big thanks to Graham once more for his outstanding service!</p> <p> </p>
