Policy Schedule for Car Insurances
I asked from simply for policy schedule and I'm struggling to get it but they are continuing to deduct premiums from my bank account. Is that fair for a paying customer?

We have checked and your schedule was emailed to you 6 times on the following dates : 25/09, 26/09, 28/09 and on the 29/09 to the same email address you provided us and this website. Please check the spam/junk folder on your email account as the mails might be in there. Our client care department will be in contact to discuss your concerns and we will email the schedule again today.

05 Oct 2020, 14:12Yes I did receive copy of my policy, that what I keep on saying but there are premiums cost in all the documents you have emailed to me, last week and last month and there is nothing in my spam box last week and last month. No policy schedule with monthly premiums whatsoever. If you think I am missing something, tell me what page in the documents you have sent to me several times can I find my monthly premiums.
