Had a great experience with King Price today.
I received a mail thismorning explaining my premium will go up and by a certain amount, so i questioned it. I do not mind premiums going up as long as it is reasonable.
I received a phonecall a few hours later (maybe 3 hours) from a lady (Mandy Manning who deserves these 5 stars) who was very up to date with my policy and well prepared for the call. She explained all the details of the increase to me in detail and even got me a bit of a discount.
She makes the phonecall very pleasant by being very professional when talking about my policy, and when i ask very informal questions she engages in conversation giving the impression that king price cares about client happiness.
Well done King price, i have been your client for a long time because of people like Mandy, and i hope you buy her a chocolate on my behalf for good service!
