Policy increases

HI, 1st I don’t know why my policy will up next month. And without my acknowledge will add some service. Mostly car insurance decreases every year but my is increase 2nd And a consultant did contact me but ask me the sensitive question like my ID, my birth (must be full not even just the birthday and birth month) and my address…. I refuse to answer.so not even my policy Number can proof I am the person you looking for so how can I know this not the ****. Maybe you guys can send the customer one time pin to proof ourself. otherwise, is too difficult
