Policy explained and concerns addressed

KP informed me about my policy schedule and allowed me the opportunity to discuss and negotiate the premium increase that was affected by my two claims to which I was not so happy at first but, the consultant Lindo clearly explained how their premium structure works and that premiums do decrease every six months provided no claims are made. The process was transparent and well explained after so many back and forth, and I’m satisfied with the outcome but KP should not bring such news in January.
