Policy detail change by Khanyisile Sibanyoni..
I was assisted by Khanyisile Sibanyoni, who started her interaction by apologizing for the many questions she was going to ask. Her questions meant that our interaction was less than 10minutes and our problem solved with no hassles. She was extremely friendly and patient and I felt as if I was talking to a friend.
