Policy cancelled yet account is debited

I requested a quote from king price which they gave very professionally, the premium that they gave me was better than my current cpremium so decided to switch over to them.<br> <br> a couple of days later my situation at work changed and i would no longer need to use said vehicle thus i cancelled the policy long before it was due to be implemented.<br> <br> i requested the neccesary documents as proof that the policy was cancelled as i did not receive any feed back.<br> <br> Two days later i recieved an email stating that the account has been cancelled according to the system and the cancelation date was set at 01/05/2015.<br> <br> Yet my account was debited for a total of R967.00 on 07/05/2015<br> <br> after numerous emails to the customer care i am yet to recieve any feed back from them.<br> <br> this is absolutely ridiculous service from an insurer that is trying to make a name for itself in a very competetive market and this is definitely not the way to go about it
