Policy cancelled,still taking of debit order
My husband was retrenched from his job in November 2014, we had to unfortunately cancel the policy. I have sent various emails,they then proceeded to take the premium. My husband finally went to put a stop to the debit order at the bank, guess what? premium went of as usual. Phoned them this morning, no consultant available.<br> Husband went to the bank again, lady at the bank said they just change a number and send it through again
