Policy Cancellation

It is with great regret that i have to cancell my policy, i enjoyed to be the member of King Price until i met the two Guys from your claims department (Anton and Lawrance) everytime i mention their names i get goosebumps. This two guys are the different version of King Price, the version that i dont know or ever experianced since i took a contract with King Price, however i do understand why they are hired as claims withdrawals team, they are good at it and saving the organisation lot of money its their job. To cut the long story short, this two guys came to assess my burned car and they started to make assumptions and discouraged me to continue with the claim as it will be declined and this will put a bad reputation into my name, they also confirmed that hiring a fire expert will cost the company a lot of money and the expert might work on my car after some time because he/she deals with lot of insurance companies. Anton didnt say it in many words but i could pick up in his words that he suspect that i deliberately burned the car, i mean how could i do that, i only learned the following day of the incident that i can claim from the insurance, i was ready to fix my car out of my own pocket and i so wish i did, rather than to deal with this type of ****, however i am glad it happened before i lost lots of money on premiums thinking that i am covered only to find out i am only covered for tow truck and curtesy car.

Another thing that annoyed me is that they started requesting the info regarding the incident not informing us the conversation is recorded, i only learned about the recording towards the end of the conversation, not that i want to hide anything, but this is unprofessional, even today i still doubt this guys works for King Price.

Even if you dont trust your clients, please dont make it obvious. The treatment i received, it didnt make me want to leave your company only but to not join any insurance company, I just think i am going to meet another Anton and Lawrance.

They might be saving your organisation money on claims, however you will be losing clients on the other hand and getting a bad reputation.

The conversation is recorded, please go listen to it and tell me its not two guys send to discourage me to continue with the claim. As much as i would like to continue with the claim it will be declined because Lawrance is the manager at claims, the bug stops with him.

Please cancel my policy effective 31/10/2022, do not try to deduct premiums on the 21/10/2022. I am done with King price.

Today 30/09/2022 he is threatening to cancel my policy on Non compliance and i must also return the rental car, who is Anton, the owner of King Price. Let him do that, than you will have to deal with insurance ombudsman
