Policy cancelation

I have had a despute with King price in the beginning of the policy Lebogang from Car track asked them to review my insurance and give me a better offer and they agree with him that they will give me R989,which is less than what I'm paying at my current insurance and asked them to call me to get more of my details and when I spoke to Ora from king price suddenly the amount changed to 1008.33 then I asked why it changed they gave lame excuses so I was not happy with what they telling so I decided not to go ahead with the policy because I was afraid that in future if I want to claim they're going to be giving me same excuses when they have to pay so I have send an email to alot of them there requesting this to be canceled as I'm not happy about how they handled the situation so now my problem is they keep debitting my account as they please after I told them not to on an email and now I have to pay for charges for the unpaid debit order, I want them to pay for these fees I'm being charged for the debit orders that they have been taking in my account since I told them to cancel the insurance and ruining my credit profile as it seems like I don't pay for my debit orders.
